Ukrainian women who have fled the war in the country to seek safety in Sweden have been warned not to dress like other European women while in refugee camps as it will “provoke” Muslim men and other Third World males.
Officials at the Galaxen refugee center in Olofström, Sweden, have told Ukrainian women not to dress in a way that could provoke men from “other cultures” who also live at housing facility, according to the Swedish online newspaper, Nyheter Idag.
Sweden took in hundreds of thousands of asylum seekers from the Middle East, Africa and other non-European countries during the migrant crisis and is now seeing an influx of refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine.
Unlike the migrant crisis of 2015 and 2016 however, the majority of refugees coming to Sweden from Ukraine are women while the country saw an influx of mostly young men during the upheaval in the Middle East and North Africa.
The mass influx of young men from Islamic cultures saw a huge increase in violent and sexual crimes against women and children as well as the growth of so-called parallel societies which reject the liberal Western values of Sweden.
This coupled with an unprecedented level of organised crime, anti-social behaviour and religious inspired violence has led the Swedish Prime Minister to recently declare integration a failure.
Now, Ukrainian women in Sweden fleeing war in their own country will have to content with the so-called “new Swedes” and adapt to their way of life if they wish to remain safe in their adopted home.
