Ulster Bank customers left outraged as bank introduce a whole host of new fees




Ulster Bank customers will see changes in their bank charges as the bank is set to introduce new fees.

The new changes customers will feel a bit of a hit as the bank is introducing a series of charges.

Under new charges which will surely face criticism from customers, account holders will be charged every time they use an ATM.

The new charges will also see customers being charged for online transactions and direct debit payments.

However the bank has said it is to reduce its monthly maintenance fee from €4 to €2.

It is understood the new fees come into effect from tomorrow onwards.

See the full list of new charges below:

Monthly maintenance fee – €2
ATM withdrawal fee – 35 cent
Chip and pin fee – 20 cent
Banking transactions – 20 cent
Automated fees payments into account e.g. wages – 20 cent
Direct debits and standing orders – 20 cent
Online banking transactions – 20 cent
Contactless fees – 1 cent
Branch-assisted transactions – 80 cent
