Umbrella time again: Out with the sun, in with the rain

We have enjoyed a good few days of summer-like weather, but that’s all a thing of the past now as stormy weather sets in across Ireland.

There have been quite a few showers over Munster already, with the rest of the country staying relatively dry for now.

The weather remains warm and humid though, likely giving rise to stormy conditions throughout the night.

Saturday morning will begin quite wet as well, with heavy showers and thunder likely. Temperatures will remain in the high teens throughout the day.

Sunday is expected to be the best of the lot, with bright and mostly dry weather is most places, and temperatures reaching 20C.
