Newly published figures by the Central Statistics Office has revealed that the unemployment rate is at its lowest rate in 10 years.
Figures show that the rate for the month of November stood at 5.3%, markng a fall of 0.1% since October.
The figures also show that the rate is 1.1% lower than the same time last year when the unemployment rate stood at 6.4%.
According to seasonally adjusted figures, the CSO say unemployment stood at 127,600 people for the month of November.
