Up to 45,000 jobs might go if Cineworld shuts its doors for good.
Cineworld, the second-largest cinema operator in the world, reported a loss of £1.3bn in the six months to June this year.
According to a spokesperson, the financial situation is ‘unviable’ without heavy Government assistance.
