There was some good news announced as Gardai have confirmed that missing teenager Abbie Donoghue has been found safe and well.
The news comes after the 14-year-old was the subject of a nationwide appeal after she was reported missing from the Tallaght area.
However thankfully Gardaí confirmed this morning that Abbie has been located safe and well.
They added that they would like to thank the public for their assistance in the matter and that the case is now officially closed.
