The nights are beginning to come in quickly and the summer is beginning to go out the door until 2021. So too will fires be hit and heating be turned on.
Electric Ireland have confirmed that they are to increase electricity prices beginning from this October.
In an announcement Electric Ireland said electricity prices will be increased by 3.4% beginning on October 1st.
However Electric Ireland say they are freezing gas prices this winter for residential customers.
