A maintenance man who worked at a bowling alley in the US has tragically died after he got trapped in the pin-setting machinery. The 53 year old man who worked at Northwest Bowling Alley in Fairfield, Ohio, was killed after his clothes became entangled in the machine.
Police say it is not yet clear if the man had been strangled or crushed by the machinery.
It was reported by local media sources that the Butler County Coroner had been called to examine the scene after reports that the man had suffered severe trauma. A short time later the Occupational Safety and Health Administration sent an investigator to the scene.
