Judge April Wood moved to dismiss the case brought forward by Molly Martens, the children’s stepmother, who was seeking to obtain full custody of them. The ruling effectively means that the children are now free to return to Ireland to be cared for by their aunt Tracey Lynch and her husband.

Jason Corbett recently lost his life in unclear circumstances during a domestic disturbance. Local authorities have confirmed that they are not looking for anyone outside the home environment in relation to the tragic incident.
