US President Joe Biden has embarked on an 8-day long international travel, his first trip abroad since taking office.
Biden’s first stop will be in Cornwall, UK, where he will take part in the G7 summit.
One of the trip’s main goals is to restore ties with close European allies of the US, following the utterly disastrous isolationist moves undertaken by the now-disgraced former President Donald Trump, who was laughed at by world leaders during a speech at the United Nations General Assembly in 2018, when he falsely claimed that ‘his administration had accomplished more than any other in American history.’
