US President Joe Biden has strongly condemned criminal defendant Trump’s reckless, ignorant, dangerous, lunatic, and appalling comments about NATO.
In a particularly unhinged speech in recent days, and that’s saying something, the defendant claimed that the United States would not defend any NATO country if he perceived they were behind on their ‘payments’ to NATO. This is absolute nonsense, as the system does not work that way. Every NATO member does dedicate a certain percentage of their GDP to a NATO fund, but this doesn’t mean nations ‘owe’ anything to the United States. The criminal defendant is as ignorant about this as pretty much everything else. The defendant also claimed he’d support an enemy doing ‘whatever the hell they wanted’ with a ‘delinquent’ NATO country.
Mr. Biden rightly referred to the disgraced former President’s claims as ‘dumb’ and ‘un-American.’
