Of them, 125 are in hospital wards elsewhere, while 337 are waiting in emergency rooms.
At University Hospital Limerick, where 80 patients are waiting for beds, it is the most congested hospital, reports Breaking News.
University Hospital Galway (49 patients), Sligo University Hospital (40 patients), and Cork University Hospital (57 people) come next.
Cork University Hospital (48 patients), University Hospital Galway (38 patients), University Hospital Limerick (31 patients), St. Vincent’s University Hospital, and Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda (both 25 patients) are the hospitals with the highest number of patients awaiting beds in emergency departments, reports Breaking News.
