Many of social media believe that Ireland now has a two-tier society breaking between those who are vaccinated and those who aren’t. Either way, Varadkar is pushing hard against those who aren’t vaccinated.
The Tanaiste Leo Varadkar has warned that the unvaccinated are very much at risk as the number of Delta variant Covid-19 cases continue to rise.
Speaking about the rise in cases, Varadkar said those who are not yet fully vaccinated must keep themselves safe by avoiding large gatherings and to continue practicing public health measures.
The Tanaiste said the next few weeks will be the most dangerous for those who are unvaccinated and they must avoid socialising indoors.
He added we are seeing a surge and this virus surprises us and it is a real cause for concern.
