VIDEO: Floyd Mayweather denies getting punched in London confrontation over his pro-Israel stance

Floyd Mayweather, an American boxer, has denied being assaulted in London’s jewellery district after footage seemed to show him being accosted by an irate mob, reports Breaking News.

As other men try to approach Mayweather, he is seen being led away by security in St Cross Street while sporting a bright green Louis Vuitton shearling denim jacket.

The films, which were extensively circulated on social media on Tuesday night, show Mayweather packed into a black 4×4 and driven straight away in the direction of Hatton Garden while sporting camouflage combat trousers, reports Breaking News.

In one of the tapes, Mayweather is heard saying, “I’ll get these motherf******,” before being taken away. A man then yells, “You better go.”

“I wasn’t punched or touched in any way” during the incident, the 47-year-old boxing promoter said on social media, adding that the recordings demonstrated “security doing their job to keep things under control,” reports Breaking News.

Mayweather, often known as Money, who was once among the highest-paid sportsmen in the world, stated that he was “perfectly fine” and that he was in the UK for a “quick 48-hour stop to do some shopping.”

According to the Metropolitan Police, police were not present at the Hatton Garden incident and have not been notified of any related charges.

In a post on Instagram on Wednesday, Mayweather said: “Let me set the record straight… there’s no truth to the rumors going around. I wasn’t punched or touched in any way. What you’re seeing is just my security doing their job to keep things under control. I was in the UK for a quick 48-hour stop to do some shopping, and unfortunately, people let jealousy and negativity fuel false stories. I’m perfectly fine, and there’s really nothing more to it,” reports Breaking News.
