A video has gone viral online of an African migrant allegedly standing at the barriers of a playground in Ongar and allegedly filming children for 45 minutes.
The lady who posted the video explained that Gardaí informed her that their hands were tied as “filming minors is not a crime”.
When the man was asked what he was doing he explained he was “meeting a friend”.
In the video, the poster went on to state that the man matches the description of another man who in a separate recent incident told a 2-yr-old girl on a Dublin bus in Ballyfermot that he “would like to have sex with her”.
The woman narrating the video sites other examples of such predation and states that people are at risk of being accused of “racism” for discussing foreign nationals who pose a risk to children.
The video ends with the woman calling for signs to be placed at playgrounds both in English and other languages advising parents to mind their children and be cautious of potential predators.
