In what can only be described as one of the best speeches to ever grace television, political TV presenter, Andrew Neil gave an incredibly scathing speech about ISIS when he opened his show last night on BBC One.
The 66-yr-old Scot, opened his “This Week” show by immediately delving into the atrocities in Paris. Neil made a passionate comparison between the beauty of France and the evil of ISIS, or “IS, Islamic Scumbags”, as he put it.
