A decommissioned Boeing 767 will soon become one of the most attractive “glamping” destinations in the world!
The plane was watched by up to 20,000 people through yesterday in Enniscrone, Co. Sligo, as it lay sitting in the rough seas awaiting to be docked on the northwestern beach of the town.
More than likely, one of the most unique cargo shipments ever to sail on Irish waters, the plane embarked on a 36-hour journey by sea from Shannon Airport to the sligo town.
The “Glamour Camping Facility” as it’ll be known, was eventually brought ashore amidst rough weather for what will eventually be one of Ireland’s most talked about tourist attractions.
