Eamon Dunphy pulled no punches in the post-match analysis of the Ireland/Belgium game in Bordeaux.
Dunphy claims the damning result of 3 nill against the boys in the green was down to two simple things, the coach’s decisions and the concentration of the players.
He said that “these guys are taking home €80,000 a week in the Premier League and they think they’re better than they are. They lacked concentrate several times and it’s just not forgivable”.
He then went on to say that if it was any other Irish sport, they’d be simply told “Baby, get outta town”.
