Hundreds of people have attended a vigil in memory of Ashling Murphy in Galway.
According to RTE, the vigil, which took place on Thursday night at the Browne Archway at the public plaza.
The vigil, held in memory of 23-year-old Ms. Murphy, who was murdered in County Offaly. Organisers said that the aim of the vigil was to commemorate the woman’s short life.
