Virginia governor Ralph Northam says that he is now not the person in a “racist photograph”.
There has been an absolute storm over a photograph that has emerged over the last couple of days in America.
The Virginia Governor has come under immense pressure to resign after he initially said that it was him in this photograph and he apologised for it and said that there’s no room for racism in America.
The photograph appears to show a flight person dressed as a black man alongside a person who is dressed up as a member of the KKK.
The Governor has now come out and said that it wasn’t him in a photograph and that he will not resign over it.
Been widespread calls for the governor to resign including from Joe Biden along with many of the high prominent democratic politicians.
