The August Bank Holiday weekend is expected to be rather fine weather wise, with temperatures soaring to 25C in some areas.
The provinces of Leinster and Munster are likely to see the best of the weather, while Connacht and Ulster will experience slightly more unsettled conditions.
The early days of next week are expected to bring in light showers and drizzle, with temperatures remaining in the high teens.
