Temperatures will reach 20C at times over the next 3-4 days, but Met Eireann is warning of a big change coming by the weekend.
It will remain largely dry and sunny between now and Saturday, though there will be some showers on Saturday. Colder weather will move in during the night, leading to freezing temperatures.
Sunday will feel noticeably colder than previous days, with highs of just 10C across the midlands and northern areas, slightly higher in the south.
The overall picture is for unsettled weather from the weekend onwards.
