The Washington Post has been forced to admit that Joe Biden killed off thousands of American jobs with his flurry of executive orders rowing back on actions of the Trump administration, in particular, President Trump’s ascent for the Keystone XL pipeline.
The Post was naturally attempting to play down criticism of President Biden in a striking contrast to its editorial behaviour during the Trump years, in “fact checking” Senator Ted Cruz who said that approximately 11,000 jobs were lost when Biden killed of the Keystone project.
However, the pro-Biden newspaper still gave Senator Cruz “Two Pinocchio’s” saying that job losses were “temporary”.
Senator Cruz shared the fact check on Twitter with the captioned: “WaPo (Washington Post) confirms that YES, on his 1st day in office, Joe Biden destroyed 11,000 jobs (including 8,000 union jobs). But, it says, they’re construction jobs so are only temporary.”
