The wait is finally over.
At an event in Dublin this morning, Lucinda Creighton revealed the name of her new political force; Renua Ireland.
With herself at the helm, Renua is said to be an alternative to the ‘failure’ of the traditional parties.
Ms. Creighton announced that the party will field 50 to 60 candidates at the next election, and also said she is considering running a candidate in the upcoming Carlow-Kilkenny by-election.
16 new policy documents are being offered to the people of Ireland, focusing, according to the party, on ‘key matters of immediate concern.’
Speaking at the party launch this morning, Ms. Creighton said there is a need to ‘liberate politics from failed policies’.
