Outrage and shock have gripped American leftists and the “woke” mob after their own lauded anti-discrimination legislation was used in South Carolina to win a White male was awarded $10 million in a reverse discrimination lawsuit Tuesday.
Novant Health was ordered to pay $10 million in punitive damages to David Duvall, its former senior vice president of marketing and communications, a federal jury in Charlotte decided after the company fired him for being a white man, in favor of two diversity hires both of whom were female, one of whom being black.
Duvall accused Novant of violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits race and gender discrimination in the workplace Fox News reported.
