Citizens along the country’s western seaboard have been warned to stay away from coastal areas and bodies of water ahead of tomorrow’s predicted stormy weather.
Furthermore, wind warnings have been issued for counties Clare, Cork, Donegal, Galway, Kerry and Mayo, where gusts of up to 95km/h are expected.
Long spells of heavy rain and wind are forecast for the second half of Tuesday and most of Wednesday as Storm Frank strikes.
