Seven men wearing masks and carrying weapons broke into a residence, stole everything, and hurled a brick at a woman, leaving her very traumatised.
At the time of the Thursday night incident in Newtownards, County Down, there was also a seven-year-old kid present on the property.
According to a police spokesman, the kid and lady were shook severely but not hurt.
Authorities claimed that at around 9:20 p.m. on Thursday, they got a tip that up to seven masked males with metal bars had broken into a home in the Abbot Crescent neighbourhood.
“The men smashed windows and doors before ransacking contents inside the property. A number of paint bombs were also thrown around, causing more damage. A woman in her 30s and a seven-year-old boy were inside the property at the time of the attack,” the spokesperson said, reports Breaking News.
