French police have arrested a 40-year-old woman after a deadly fire killed eight people in Paris overnight.
The blaze, which broke out at an apartment block in rue Erlanger in the wealthy 16th arrondissement, is thought to have been started deliberately. The woman arrested was known to have suffered mental health issues.
Up to 30 people were injured in the fire.
