A young woman believed to be a Brazilian national is currently recovering in hospital this morning after she was struck by a bus in Co Clare last night.
It is understood the woman was thrown into a ditch after being struck by the bus at approximately 6.30pm last night in Doonagore on the coast road between the Cliffs of Moher and Doolin.
It is believed was out walking at the time if the incident. Thankfully it is believed that the woman’s injuries are not life threatening although it is thought she may have suffered a broken leg in the accident.
