Authorities in France have confirmed that a woman has died after falling from a rollercoaster this afternoon.
It is understood the woman aged in her 30s died after falling from the Formula 1 ride at Parc Saint-Paul park near Beauvais.
Police say no one else was injured and the woman was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not yet known how the women fell from the rollercoaster, but police say an investigation is currently ongoing.
