Woman in hospital after being struck by a scrambler bike in Dublin




A woman is in hospital today, after being struck by a scrambler bike near the Drimnagh Luas Stop, Davitt Road, Dublin 12, on Thursday afternoon.

The scrambler machine, driven by a youth, crashed into a nearby canal after hitting the woman. The youth managed to swim out of the canal and fled on another bike.

The woman, believed to be in her 20s, was rushed to St. James’ Hospital in a serious condition.
