A 28-year-old old woman has been jailed after being found guilty of coughing in a Garda’s face during the Covid-19 outbreak.
According to RTÉ News, the mother of three was sentenced to spend 28 days in prison after being found guilty of the offence.
RTÉ News reports that the offence occurred whilst the woman was drinking with a group of people on a new footbridge in the town.
