Saudi Arabia has finally allowed women attend a football match, part of an easing of strict rules on gender separation by the Muslim country.
Women went into a stadium in the city of Jeddah on Friday, through family gates into family seating – normally where fathers and sons sat.
It’s understood that not everyone is happy with this radical development and some protests outside the stadium were held beforehand.
