The World Health Organization (WHO) has deemed the disease formerly known as monkeypox as not a global health emergency anymore.
Now known by the stylized moniker ‘mpox’, it is understood that people should not be concerned about contracting ‘mpox’.
It’s unclear if anyone ever was.
