Sunday’s “Dancing with the Stars” had a different look on Sunday night as 2020 Champion Lotti Ryan took over at the helm after usual host Jennifer Zamparelli tested positive for Covid during the week.
Lottie received high praise for her presenting skills on the show, which saw writer Cathy Kelly become the first contestant to be eliminated. She performed an energetic Tango and earned 15 points but this wasn’t enough to save her.
Visibly disappointed at bring the first dancer to go, Cathy said that she had great fun during her time on the show. She thanked her partner Maurizio Benenato, who she said was an amazing teacher.
The rest of the contestants will now take part in Movie Week on the next episode of the popular show.
