An on duty garda still wearing his uniform, was filmed in a compromising position with a wannabe porn star by the name of Carla, on his patrol car and sources within the Garda Siochána has informed us that the officer in question is still on duty and not suspended while an investigation into his behaviour is being carried out.
The officer who is based in the South East division of the Garda Siochána approached his superiors with the view of having this seedy information viewed ahead of a formal hearing.
According to a reliable witness it is common knowledge that it was the officer from the whispers on the street.
A formal investigation and hearing will be carried out on the alleged incident.
The reputation of the Gardaí continues to be a thorn of the side of the general public as well as the Government.
