A 12-year-old boy has been airlifted to tallaght hospital after he fall from rocks in Dublin earlier this evening.
The incident is believed to.have happened in the Shankill area of south Dublin at around 5.45pm.
The Greystones Coastguard Unit and the Search and Rescue Helicopter from Dublin were called to the scene to rescue the boy.
The young boy was a taken Tallaght Hospital where it is understood he is being treated for non life threatening injuries.
