A 20-year-old man has died in Dublin following an early morning assault.
Gardai were called to Parkwest, Ballyfermot, at around 4am. When they arrived, they found the man seriously injured. He was rushed to Tallaght hospital but was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
Gardai have launched an investigation and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
