A lady who apparently drowned after becoming stuck between rocks on a UK seaside is receiving tributes, reports The Mirror.
Saffron Cole-Nottage passed away on Sunday at the beach in Lowestoft, Suffolk, after stumbling and falling between big stones. Tragically, the 32-year-old passed away at the site despite emergency personnel rushing to release her.
It is believed that Ms. Cole-Nottage, a mother from the Kent region, perished after being stuck in the rocks along the coastline near the resort’s Royal Green neighbourhood. She was hailed as a “beautiful mummy” who will be “forever missed” in tributes, reports The Mirror.
Around 8 p.m. on Sunday, there was a massive emergency reaction in the Esplanade area when someone was reported to have fallen into the sea.
A police spokesman said: “Suffolk Constabulary was called at around 8.03pm on Sunday night, by the ambulance service, to an incident on the coast off The Esplanade in the town. A woman, aged in her 30s, sadly died at the scene,” reports The Mirror.
According to the force, there are presently no suspected suspicious circumstances, but the death is being investigated as unexplained. The coroner is now working on a case.
Last tributes were paid to the young woman including one which read: “My beautiful mummy, I love you the world” and a final floral tribute said: “You will forever be missed by so many.” Online tributes on social media said: “rest in paradise Saff” with family sympathies shared and love expressed to a “beautiful, amazing lady,” reports The Mirror.
One said: “My beautiful bestie forever 32 the light to my everything I will miss u forever and always – the pain hurts so much, love you Saffron Cole-Nottage,” reports The Mirror.
