The last night of September is set to be rather cold, with temperatures sinking to about 2C.
It’s not all bad news however, as the thermometer is expected to reach 17-18C over Monday and Tuesday.
The working week will begin mostly dry and sunny, with good sunny spells, though rain is forecast to spread westwards towards evening.
Tuesday is expected to be cloudier and wetter, with blustery winds coming from the west.
