27-yr-old Salvador Sobral won the Eurovision last night with the ballad called Amar Pelos Dois, which was written by his sister.
He said when he won: “We live in a world of fast food music. This is a victory for music, music isn’t fireworks, music is feeling.”
Ireland hasn’t qualified to the final of the Eurovision since 2013.
