Busking sensation Allie Sherlock maybe global star on Facebook after her cover of Ed Sheeran’s ‘Supermarket Flowers’ gained over a million views, but the 12 year olds music career could soon be set for another major boost after she was invited to appear on the Ellen Show in the US.
The young Cork native who travels to Dublin on a regular basis to perform in Grafton street revealed that she has been asked to appear in the show via skype.
Speaking on The Ray D’Arcy Show on RTÉ Radio 1, the 12 year old said she was more than happy to go on the show after producers contacted her via Facebook, she also told host D’Arcy that she did a Skype interview with the show and is now waiting for a response from producers stateside.
