There was some good news this afternoon as Gardaí in Co Cork have confirmed that have located missing 79 year old Christopher McCarthy.
Gardai say Christopher has been found safe and well after he was reported missing from his home in Doughcloyne, Co Cork, yesterday afternoon.
They also say he has since returned home, and they would like to thank the public for their assistance in the matter and the case now officially closed.
