A transgender woman has appeared in court this week charged with the rape and indecent assault of a 10 year old girl in Wyoming in the US.
In what can only be described as a shocking and sickening story the accused predator Miguel Martinez, a biological male who identifies as a woman, is currently standing trial after he sexually assaulted the young girl in a bathroom.
According to reports in the US Martinez who is facing the prospect of spending up to 70 years behind bars, allegedly subjected the young to traumatic experience after he allegedly lured his victim into the bathroom.
It is believed that Martinez who has since denied all charges, then proceeded to attack the young girl by groping her before violently raping her in one of the cubicles..
Reports say the young victim who was left badly traumatised by the assault required emergency treatment at nearby medical centre which led doctors to discover a number of injures to her pelvic region.
However Martinez who is adamant the incident did not occur has claimed the girl made up the allegations in attempt to publicly shame him and repeatedly stated that all the girl’s accusations’ were ‘utter crap.’
