If you need supplies and you’re not in an effected county yet, get them now.

Dublin’s Liffey Valley shopping centre has just announced that it’s closing its doors until hurricane Ophelia passes through.

Many other shopping centres in Southern counties have already closed their doors with supermarket chain Dunnes Stores closed throughout the country.

The hurricane has made landfall in Kerry and Cork and will hit Dublin from lunchtime.
