Irish holidaymakers who may be afraid of flying will soon have a new, surface-bound way of getting down to sunny Spain.
A brand new ferry link between Cork and Spain will debut in April. The crossing is expected to take about 20h, and there will be two return sailings each week.
The Brittany Ferries ship is expected to carry up to 500 passengers and 195 cars.
Prices have not yet been made available.
