It is has been reported that 100 new beds have been provided by a new accommodation service called Bru Aimsir in Dublin recently.
The news comes as city officials are trying tackle the current homeless crisis within the capital, it is understood the new accommodation building located on Thomas Street will provide space for 100 people who are sleeping rough this winter.
Although the move has been welcomed by the city council it is only a small step in the bid to tackle the crisis as recent figures show more than 1,400 children are in emergency accommodation in Dublin and across the country.
