Police in the UK have arrested a 24 year old man on suspicion of murder and engaging in sexual activity with a 13 year old girl.
The arrest comes after the girl Lucy McHugh went missing from her on Wednesday morning.
Lucy from Mansel Road East was tragically found dead at Southampton Sports Centre on Thursday morning.
Detectives from Hampshire police say they have arrested a 24 year old man in connection with her death.
They also offered their deepest condolences to Lucy’s family.
