Yes, the political correct know-it-alls are at it again!
As thousands lie homeless on the streets in Ireland, starving and looking for anything to eat, the Lancet Medical Journal has called for a drastic reduction in people eating any form of meat.
The report on healthy diets and food systems involved a 3-year study from 37 so-called “experts” from 16 countries around the world.
The report concluded that our food systems are faulty and that they’re a major contributor to climate change, leaving civilisation in crisis.
The Commission’s report wants a major reduction of meat and dairy products and a sharp increase in plant-based foods.
It recommended a 90% reduction in red meat and milk consumption in Ireland, a 70% reduction in chicken and you might just be able to get one bite of potato!
Some farmers have labelled the report as “ludicrous” and “what planet are they trying to save, theirs or ours!”.
