RTE launched a new show claiming to be the new Love/Hate on Sunday night.
“Taken Down” saw a garda team try and solve the murder of a 17-yr-old female from Nigeria who was found murdered at a bus stop.
The story revolved around the fact that she was living in a Direct Provision facility.
It saw others living in the facility, namely a Nigerian woman and her two sons.
Social media users didn’t exactly fall in love with the show with many posts on the Liberal’s own article about “Taken Down” claiming that the show was boring, slow, depressing and even that it “didn’t look like Dublin at all”.
